Initially the title confused me, in fact it confused me the entire way through, you don't get to discover it's meaning until the very last sentence in the book.This book has the most perfect romance in it, my idea of true love. I've described my idea of true love before as "A love that outlives even death" and this book encapsulates that exactly.A romance with a paranormal twist and an epic love - that's how I'd describe this book in a very short sentence.The book circles around a young girl of 16 called Rose, and two brothers. They're also known as the Valeros, that's their surname, Caicus and Oscar are their first names, though you do discover in the book another part or version of Oscar that goes by the name of Oliver - I won't elaborate anymore than that, because I don't want to spoil a single bit of the enjoyment that you get from reading this. Rose's life has been foretold in a Prophecy, or is it her death? A bit of both really. The witch brothers have their destiny to fulfil too, they have to find and protect Rose until the right moment in time where they then have to do exactly what the prophecy tells them to do. Or so they and hundreds of years of witches before them think.Throughout the book you're learning, learning what makes each character the way they are and you're engrossed because you want to discover the meaning behind "The Prophecy". You read of the prophecy a few times in the book, the prophecy itself is often repeated but you don't discover it's true meaning until the climax of the story.This is a well written story, very easy to read too, with great descriptions and those descriptions paint a vivid picture in your mind's eye. There are a some editing errors, just simple ones, spaces in the middle of words which trip you up occasionally but it's not the type of error that ruins the book for you. I only mention them because I like to give honest reviews and they were things I'd noticed.I'd recommend this book to anyone that enjoys a bit of the paranormal and would definitely advise this book to be added to anyone's TBR list that enjoys a good true love romance.This book will stay in my collection and I will no doubt read it again in the future when I need to be reminded of the power of true loveI'd give this book 4 out of 5 stars. It's a worthwhile read that leaves you with a warm fuzzy feeling in your heart right at the end.

I thougth it was getting a little dark and almost put it down. But then the author brought in a little humor to keep it lighthearted and BAM, Now one of my favorite books!Rose is a typical teenager and she loves spending time with her aunt and uncle. When two guys appear on a stormy night with car trouble, Rose isn't at all convinced they are who they claim to be. Both boys have an art of persuasion and her aung and uncle are agreeing to more than they should. Now these boys are living with them.I really loved the banter between Rose and Oscar. there was no head over heal, dumb puppy love scenes, but more of the in your face, your lying banter. I found it much more believable. I loved the twist where the boys are the witches where in most stories its the girl. I laughed out loud and was so consumed to see how the author was going to get them out of the prophecy. Yet, it was so simple. Gabriella Lepore is so gifted. Any of her books are well worth the read!
