I think I knew some of these people! The primary setting of San Francisco in the sixties makes you remember it as if you were there. There are true incidents woven in with the story. I hope there will be a sequel or a movie!

By Ron Kokish An interesting book if you lived through the sixties and especially interesting for me because I knew the author so well during his pre-hippy years and we stayed in touch during the years when he struggled to become the successful and respected musician he is today. Andre was always a great story teller and I found his novel engaging from the first paragraph. But then it seemed to become increasingly far-fetched and more pointless with each chapter. I neared the end I thinking it was just a nostalgic fairy tale about hippies, mystics. conspirators and hangers-on. (That last one would be me.) I was disappointed. And then, suddenly, the last paragraph; BAM! It all made sense - a story of all of us, what became of our dreams and what will eventually become of us.Nice work Andre Pessis!

What if a man with amazing, godlike powers moved among us again? How would we treat him? Could he live among us? Would he be safe? These and many more questions are raised in "The Seventh Coming" by Andre Pessis. The answers may not be what you would expect.
