1 of 1 people found the following review helpful. Love the books and the author! By Kindle Customer I've read this author before and she always pleases. The writing is fast paced and well done. She brings her characters to life and has you deeply concerned about the outcome of the story. There is a visceral effect regarding the less pleasant characters in the stories. I loved these books and well always be anxious to pick up another of Ms. Rogers books to read.

I had wondered how I would like book two when Fiona had been such a poop in book 1 but the author pulled it out of the bag.
